The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that further investigation ordered by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore on the Anandapur Police in respect of FIR No.132 of 2022 dated 2nd August 2022 has not been completed.

The petitioner has complied with the notice under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure issued by the Investigating Officer.

It is ordered that a further, fair and proper investigation shall be conducted by the Investigating Officer, Anandapur Police Station within two months from date and final report shall be submitted before the concerned ACJM.

The Investigating Officer, Anandapur Police Station shall specifically address the grievances raised by the petitioner in his application before the learned Magistrate under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
