Mr. Bikash Shaw ..for the petitioner It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that so far as he is aware the entire amount of gratuity receivable by the petitioner has been paid and as such no further dispute remains pending in the writ petition to be adjudicated. However, the said learned advocate also submits that at the present he has no communication with his client being the petitioner in the writ petition.

The respondents remain unrepresented.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of holding that the same has become infructuous on the grievances of the petitioner being the subject matter of the writ petition having been fully satisfied.
