The matter has been brought to the list for correction of typographical errors in the order dated September 13, 2024.

In the second line of the first paragraph and fourth paragraph of the said order, the date 'April 1, 2024' be deleted and be replaced by the word 'April 30, 2024'. Let the said errors be corrected to the extent as indicated above; other portion(s) of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to carry out the corrections in the said order dated September 13, 2024 accordingly; similar corrections be also carried out in the certified copies of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
