The petitioner applied for intra-district transfer on the medical condition of his son.

In those circumstances, the DPSC, Jhargram shall consider the petitioner's representation after receiving an appropriate opinion from the CMOH, Jhargram and take a decision in the matter, within a period of 6 weeks from date.

If the medical condition of the petitioner's son was existing as on date of his entry

into service, the application for transfer of the petitioner shall be treated as general.

In the event, the medical condition is confirmed by the CMOH, Jhargram, subject to the above, the transfer be considered by the Board to the schools chosen by the petitioner or any nearby school subject to availability, within a period of one month from date.

Let the aforesaid process be conducted by the parties offline.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
