Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from financial crisis. The petitioner sought for the details regarding the Bank account of his deceased father.

However, no response has been given by the respondent-Bank.

Affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept on record.

Although there is no indication that service has yet been completed, in view of the innocuous nature of the prayer, the writ petition is taken up for hearing. 6.

WPA 22110 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner annexed at page-24 (Annexure-P7) of the writ petition within three weeks from date and to intimate

the outcome of such consideration to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
