It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that in compliance with the order passed by the Project Director on 24th March, 2023, the unauthorised occupations are being demolished and the authority has sought police assistance for implementation of the order. It is further submitted that a portion of the unauthorised occupation has already been demolished.

In view of the subsequent change in circumstances of the matter, the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition, being WPA 23748 of 2023, is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
