The petitioner prays for consideration of her prayer for transfer to a school, which is near to the residence of the petitioner on medical ground. She draws the attention of the Court to the application made through the "Utsashree Portal", which is annexed at page 19 of the writ petition.

Dr. Patra, appearing for the School Service Commission submits that the application for transfer cannot be considered at the present point of time, as the Portal has now been closed.

However, since no decision has been communicated to the petitioner, the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being the respondent no. 3 herein is directed to communicate the reasons as to why the prayer of the petitioner for transfer cannot be considered by the authorities. WPA 24042 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
