Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the representations which were addressed by the uncle of the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District, Murshidabad were not considered.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the property which is the subject matter has been sold to many persons.

Be that as it may, I find that the representation was of November, 2023. Having considered that more than 11⁄2 years have passed since the representation was submitted, petitioner be well advised to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate by invoking the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24640 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
