Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his communication dated 18th September, addressed to the Inspector-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station was not acted upon.

Mr. Deb Roy learned advocate appearing on behalf of the state has submitted a report which reflects that pursuant to such information being received, Baruipur Police Station has registered a case being Baruipur Police Station Case No. 1555/24 dated 28.09.2024 against the private respondent nos. 9, 10, 11. Petitioner was not aware regarding the same.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, the primary grievance of the petitioner has been addressed.

As such the writ petition being WPA 24648 of 2024 is disposed of.

Copy of the report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the same may be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
