The petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was last rejected on merits on June 25, 2024.

There being no significant change of circumstances and seeing that trial is progressing, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.

CRM (NDPS) 1577 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
