Learned advocate for the State submits that in paragraph six of the order dated 09.10.2025, by inadvertence it is recorded as fake currency but it should be just number of currency notes. Thus, the word fake mentioned in paragraph no. six should be deleted and rectified as number of currency notes.

Learned advocate for the petitioners/accused submits that there was a submission by the learned advocate with regard to the fake currency.

Thus, in the fact and circumstances of this case, this Court is of the view that there cannot be alteration at this stage.
