Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Records of the writ petition reflects that a representation was made to the Officer-in-Charge, Kasba Police Station on or about 25.02.2022 which was received by the concerned police station on 27.02.2022. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of receipt of such information, no steps were taken by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Kasba Police Station Case No. 142 dated 03.05.2022 was registered for investigation.

Having considered that the police authorities were well aware regarding the nature of the dispute and at different stages taken steps by registering three criminal cases, further grievance of the petitioner be addressed before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the criminal cases.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 24632 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
