A report has been submitted by the Inspector-in-charge of Salanpur Police Station which reflects that the petitioner nos. 1 to 6 being Abhishek Kumar Chowdhury, Rahul Kumar @ Keshab, Amit Kumar @ Bhim, Ravi Kant, Deepak Kumar and Chandan Sonar @ Chandra Mohan @ Chandan Kumar have complied with the conditions. As such, the conditions while granting bail on 09.10.2025 is hereby waived in respect of the petitioner nos. 1 to 6. So far as the petitioner no.7 [Rakesh Kumar @ Karan Singh] is concerned, his prayer for relaxation of conditions of bail is rejected.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
