In view of steps taken by the parties to this writ petition relating to reconstruction of Service Book of the petitioner, this Court finds that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. However, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that there are other issues relating to option form and transmitting Provident Fund amount from previous school to his present school.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Inspector of Schools by making representation relating to aforesaid grievances within a period of fortnight from date. If such representation is made, necessary steps shall be taken by the concerned District Inspector of Schools taking note of grievances of the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
