None appears on behalf of either of the parties on call, no accommodation sought for. Even on earlier occasion, none appears on behalf of the petitioner on call. 2.

This is an application pending since 2018.

The petitioner has filed this revisional application under section 482 of the Cr.P.C, praying for quashing of chargesheet being chargesheet no. 23 of 2018 dated 30.06.2018 under sections 498A/307 IPC arising out of Alipurduar Women PS case no. 25 of 2018 dated 7.05.2018 corresponding to GR case no. 773 of 2018 and presently corresponding to Sessions case no. 287 of 2018 and all criminal proceedings, presently pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Fast Track Court at Alipurduar.

considering the above facts and nature of prayer as well as the matter is pending since 2018, this court seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case 5.

Accordingly, CRR 3395 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application, if any, is thus disposed of. 7.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.
