The present writ petition of the year 2012 has been preferred by the petitioners praying for directions upon the respondents to cancel the order dated 17.05.2012 passed by the District Magistrate, Malda, in respect of the panel prepared by the selection committee for filling up the post of Anganwadi Helper in Kaliachak -III ICDS Project, Malda.

There is no representation on behalf of either sides since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
