For WBSEDCL The petitioner has been given the electricity connection by West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "WBSEDCL"). Photocopy of a written communication made by the petitioner to WBSEDCL informing that the petitioner has received an electricity connection is made over to the Court and is taken on record.

Since the grievance of the petitioner was that the petitioner was not getting electric connection, the same no more subsists in view of the connection having been given during the pendency of this writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefor, disposed of by recording that the connection has already been given to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
