Inadvertently, the petitioner's date of appointment was recorded as September 3, 2012. However, the petitioner was appointed on August 1, 1998. Let such inadvertent mistake be corrected.

Furthermore, the name of Mr. Chatterjee, learned counsel appears in the cause-title as representing the respondent No. 2. However, the respondent No. 2 was represented by Mr. Saikat Banerjee, learned counsel on that date. Let such inadvertent mistake be corrected.
