The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Patrasayer Police Station in respect of a complaint dated August 27, 2022.

On a prior complaint to the Executive Magistrate under Section 144 of the Cr. P. C., the private respondents were found to be interfering with the petitioner's property changing its nature and character.

3.

The petitioner, therefore, claims civil rights against the private respondents.

4.

Appropriate civil proceedings may be instituted in this regard.

5.

Patrasayer Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

6.

The writ petition is disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
