1. Affidavit-of-service dated 25th July, 2019 as filed in Court today be kept on record.
2. The petitioner no.1 has since left the service and is no more engaged as a provider of the mid-day meal. Let the name of the petitioner no.1 be expunged from the cause-title of WPA 20667 of 2012.
3. The application is, thus, disposed of.
4. Let the copy of the instant application being CAN 2 of 2019 (Old No.5407 of 2019) as supplied by Mr. Mukherjee be treated as original and be kept on record.
In Re:- WPA 20667 of 2012.
1. None appears for the respondents nor has any accommodation been prayed for. In spite of directions passed on 3rd October, 2012, none of the respondents
have filed any affidavit-in-opposition to the writ petition.
2. Mr. Mukherjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are continuing as workers providing/preparing mid-day meal for the students of Chhora Primary School, Rampurhat-I Block, Birbhum. The petitioners will continue to provide such service subject to their contract with the school without there being any disturbance from the respondent nos.11, 13 and 14 as directed in the order dated 3rd October, 2012.
3. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities, if applied for.
