He submitted that, subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner had received a Transfer Order dated January 19, 2021.

Considering the issue canvassed in this writ petition and considering the subsequent Transfer Order as recorded above, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with a leave to file afresh to challenge the subsequent Transfer Order.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 22148 of 2019 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Withdrawal of this writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner to challenge the subsequent Transfer Order as recorded above, strictly in accordance with law, if the petitioner is so advised.
