The jurisdictional Court considered the case diary, the allegations made against the private opposite parties and the materials in the case diary. The jurisdictional Court gave elaborate reasons as to why the jurisdictional Court was inclined to grant anticipatory bail in favour of the private opposite parties. It is the contention of the petitioner herein that the police ought not to have issued a notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
No material is placed before the Court to suggest that, impugned order suffers from perversity, or that, the learned Judge did not take into consideration relevant aspects of the case. In such circumstances, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
CRM (DB) 3914 of 2022 is dismissed.
