The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Ramnagar Police Station in respect of FIR No. 93 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022.

It appears that investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that an application for preemption filed by the private respondent under the provisions of the WBLR Act, 1955 has since been dismissed by the Civil Court. 4.

The private respondent is still preventing the petitioner from entering into his property.

There is no inaction on the part of the Ramnagar Police Station.

6.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner may take out appropriate civil proceeding in this regard.

Ramnagar Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
