Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner was shown arrested in connection with the instant case and is in custody for two years four months. Learned advocate for the State submits that 6000 bottles of phensedyl were recovered, out of which 4000 bottles were recovered from one vehicle and 2000 bottles were recovered from another vehicle which belong to the present petitioner. State submits that the petitioner was in custody at the relevant time when the seizure was effected. I have perused the Case Diary which reflects that the registered owner of the vehicle happens to be the present petitioner from where recovery has been made. Earlier application for bail was rejected by this Hon'ble Court as well

as the Hon'ble Apex Court. Witness Action has already commenced and evidence of PW4 is in progress. There was already a direction of expediting the trial of the case, learned Special Court would adhere to the said direction.

For the present, I do not find any change of circumstances, accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1265 of 2025 is dismissed.
