This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit No.72 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah, South 24-Parganas. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that an application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 was filed in the suit on 7th February, 2017 but the application is still pending for disposal. In support of her contention, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has filed certified copies of all orders passed by the Court. 3.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, I find no reason to ask the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah, South 24-Parganas, is

requested to dispose of the application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 on the next date fixed for hearing, but not beyond two months from date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application, being CO 3322 of 2022, stands disposed of. 6.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah, South 24-Parganas, forthwith.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
