APP Mr. Debanshu Ghorai ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. However, the basic allegation against the present petitioner is that he did not have proper qualification and inspite of the same, he had been rendering services as a medical practitioner.

Learned advocate for the State submits that because of the act and actions of the present petitioner, a new born child succumbed to death. Learned advocate also submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted and there are other cases of similar offence committed by the present petitioner.

Having regard to the nature of the offence and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 1991 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
