1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the materials in the case diary, more particularly the statement of the de-facto complainant, which directly implicates the present petitioner for the alleged offence and there are incriminating materials found in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
