Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail, i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Chakdaha Police Station until further orders and to provide the address where he shall presently reside to the investigating agency and the court below. In view of the aforesaid fact, we relax the aforesaid condition of bail imposed on the petitioner.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.
