Perused the case diary.

It is indeed strange that in the charge sheet, provisions of the Explosive Substances Act were not imputed although the injury report shows that it was a case of bomb blast injury. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses, the medical reports and the fact that the petitioners were named in the FIR as well as in the statements of witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3517 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
