Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The said report reflects that the police authorities have already registered a case being Kalna Police Station Case No. 1342/2024 dated 12.11.2024 and on conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

The petitioner expresses her grievance that she is unable to construct the cowshed which originally belonged to her. However, since the same is an ancestral property, other relations including the private respondents are resisting the petitioner from construction of the cowshed.

Having considered that so far as the construction of the same is concerned, the police authorities without an appropriate order from a civil court will not be able to render any police assistance. I direct that in case the petitioner approaches the civil court and there is a specific direction, the police authorities would render

appropriate assistance for implementing the order of the civil court.

In the meantime, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 24631 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
