1. Having heard the submissions of the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the learned counsel for the State, I find that there are sufficient incriminating materials against the present petitioner in the deposition of the victim before the learned trial court.

2. Hence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
