... for the defacto-complainant Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused person(s) who have been released on bail in CRM(M) 2316 of 2025 and CRM (R) 133 of 2025.

Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant is present.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary.

However, I find that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who have been released on bail, consequently, further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Allowed.

Accordingly, the petitioner viz, Mustafa Sk shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Berhampore, Murshidabad.

If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date so fixed by the learned Trial Court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district of Murshidabad without the leave of the learned Trial Court. Accordingly, CRM(M) 1990 of 2025 is allowed.
