I have perused the materials appearing in the case diary as produced by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State.

It has been pointed out that the next date has been fixed for consideration of charges before the learned Trial Court on 25.11.2025. In case the charges are not framed within a month from date, I am of the opinion that the learned Trial Court would leniently consider the prayer for bail of the present petitioner.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 1951 of 2025 is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
