It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner that in the first paragraph of the order dated 16th May, 2025, of this Bench it is wrongly mentioned 'learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haldia, Purba Medinipore' instead and place of learned Additional District Judge, Haldia, Purba Medinipur.

2. Perused the case record.

3. Let the same be corrected. The words 'learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haldia, Purba Medinipore' in the first paragraph of the order dated 16th May, 2025, be read as 'learned Additional District Judge, Haldia, Purba Medinipur'. Other portions of the said order remain unchanged.

4. This order shall form part of the order dated 16th May, 2025.
