The petitioner has applied for recruitment to the post of 'Staff Nurse', Grade - II under the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal.

This Court is of the view that the appropriate forum for agitating the grievances of the petitioner is the Tribunal authorized under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition and file appropriate application on the selfsame cause of action.

The writ petition being WPA/24107/2022 is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to file afresh before the appropriate forum, if so advised. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website, High Court, Calcutta.
