1. Heard learned Counsels for the petitioners.

2. The petitioners are absconding since June, 2020.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the extent and nature of the dispute and involvement of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and also having regard to the statement of the injured read with the medical report which prima facie would be an offence under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
