1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is languishing in the judicial custody for one year four months. There is no chance of an early conclusion of the trial since the prosecution has examined only one witness out of fifteen charge sheet named witnesses. The petitioner may be enlarged on bail on any condition.

2. Report filed by the State is taken on record.

3. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. She submits that the prosecution will examine thirteen witnesses in this case and out of thirteen witnesses, one has already been examined. There is sufficient incriminating material against this petitioner and if he is enlarged on bail, Signed By :

the prosecution may suffer. However, the prosecution will conclude the trial within eight months from this date.

4. We have considered the material on record. We find that there is sufficient incriminating material against the present petitioner. We are not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail, at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, dismissed.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
