The learned advocate for the respondent No.2 submits that the respondent No.2 i.e. Saikat Sarkar had died in the year 2018 and submits a death certificate to that effect. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
