The District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Howrah, the respondent no.4 herein, in compliance with the direction dated December 09, 2024, had calculated the amount required to be refunded by the petitioner to get the benefit of family pension and had communicated the same to the petitioner; in pursuance thereof, the petitioner, under T.R. Form No.7, has deposited the said amount with the concerned Treasury.

Jana, learned advocate for the petitioner; let it be kept with the record.
Mr. Alam, learned advocate for the state files a report dated January 09, 2025 which he has received from the respondent no.4; let it be kept with the record.
In view of the deposit of the said amount, the respondent no.4 is directed to prepare the pension papers of the petitioner within two weeks from date of communication of this order and shall forward the
same to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no.3 herein; the said respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the said pension papers, shall take forward steps for issuance of Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that the arrear pension of the deceased teacher shall be calculated from the date following the date of retirement. WPA 24777 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
