Such report dated 29th January, 2025 along with copy of 'No Liability Certificate' are placed before this Court and the same are taken on record.

Mr. Jana, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that based on 'No Liability Certificate'

issued by the school authority petitioner has received retiral dues including pension in terms of Pension Payment Order dated 29th February, 2024. In view of release of retiral dues including pension in terms of Pension

Payment Order it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

No further order need be passed on this writ petition.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
