Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of BSF personnel implicate the petitioner in transportation of narcotic substance above commercial quantity. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier on merits. There is no change in circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
