1. The petitioner is the mother-in-law.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the witnesses recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C. which corroborate the allegation of mental and physical torture upon the daughter-in-law who committed suicide within two and half years of marriage, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
