Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that Bagnan P.S. Case No. 541 of 2024 dt. 29.09.2024 has been registered for investigation.

Prima facie, the sections which have been incorporated do satisfy the facts of the complaint which has been lodged by the petitioner.

This court is of the opinion that the police authorities have acted upon the complaint of August, 2024, which was informed and submitted by the petitioner to the police authorities.

So far as the scope of the writ petition is concerned, the petitioner's grievance has been addressed as the investigation has already commenced.

The investigating agency is directed to take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24693 of 2024 is disposed of.
