The learned advocate for the petitioners further submits that petitioner No. 2 has expired and files a photocopy of the death certificate to that effect. In compliance with the order dated 30.06.2023 the other four petitioners and opposite party No. 2 are present in Court today. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with. The learned advocate for the State has filed a report of S.I. of Police Ghola Police Station Barrackpore Police Commissionerate dated 27.08.2023 which stated that the

learned Judicial Magistrate 5th Court, Barrackpore, North 24th Parganas vide order dated 20.06.2015 has acquitted of the accused persons in Ghola Police Station Case No. 39/10 dated 9.02.2010 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Court. Copy of the judgment as aforesaid has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners. Let the same be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
