A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 585 of 2017 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

The only contention expressed by the petitioner is that the suit is getting delayed due to non submission of written statement.

Mr. Probhat Kumar Srivastava assisted with Ms. Anikta Singh submits that written statement has already been prepared, and the same will be filed shortly.

In view of such submission, there is hardly any chance of any further elaboration.

The revisional application stands disposed of with a direction upon the opposite parties/defendants to furnish written statement in accordance with law, as available under Order 8 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil

Procedure in Title Suit No. 585 of 2017.

The logical conclusion of the suit may be reached after adhering to the formalities as expeditiously as possible.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite parties and the opposite parties.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
