The petitioner complains against misbehaviour by the younger son, who is staying in the ground floor of the premises, owned by him. The petitioner is staying in the first floor with the elder son and his wife.

The petitioner not only complains of inaction of Parnashree Police Station but also seeks eviction of the younger son from the property since he wants to gift another property to the younger son. The petitioner wants the younger son to stay away from him.

The Officer-in-charge, Parnashree Police Station has filed a report dated 3rd April, 2023 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta. The same is taken on record. It appears therefrom that FIR has been registered on the petitioner's complaint and investigation is completed.

It further appears therefrom that FIR No. 271 of 2016 dated 17th June, 2016 under Sections 448/509/354/500(II) of the

Indian Penal Code has been registered and investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed on 9th December, 2016.

On a further the complaint filed by the elder daughter-in-law of the petitioner, namely, Anjana Mukherjee has been addressed and proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been drawn up by the police.

Parnashree Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the residence and appropriate warnings shall be given by the Parnashree Police Station to the younger son of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
