1. Heard learned Advocates for the parties and perused the case diary produced by the State.

Having heard the leaned Counsel for the petitioners and also taking into consideration the objection of the learned Counsel for the State, I find that this is a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. I have also considered the medical report which discloses that there is only physical assault caused on the head and chest of the inured persons.
3. In view thereof, I am inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail on condition.

Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners namely, Sadikul Islam and Obaidur Rahaman @ Abaidur Rahaman, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties
of like amount each, to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation till completion of investigation.

In case the petitioners fail to adhere to any of the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the learned court below shall be entitled to cancel the anticipatory bail without further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.
7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
