1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is kept with the records.

2. None represents the respondents.

3. The petitioners allege that the respondent authority allotted identical plot number in favour of the petitioners and also in favour of the Sarsuna police station.

4. The petitioners prayed for rectification of the error by filing a representation before the respondent no. 2, which is alleged to be kept pending.

5. Without entering into the merit of the grievance of the petitioners, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to take into consideration the representation filed on behalf of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest but positively within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

6. If the grievance of the petitioners is found to be proper, then necessary remedial steps shall be taken by the authority to rectify the mistake.

7. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward copy of the subject representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
