2. The petitioners allege that work order was obtained by the private respondent relying on forged and fake certificates.

3. It appears that the work in question has been completed long back. At this stage, the submission of the petitioners cannot be enquired and no further steps can be taken to rectify the error, if any.

4. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
