Mr Imran Ali Mr M. F. A Begg ... For the State. Mr. Mahapatra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been diligently meeting with the Investigating Officer as per the directions passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

He further submits that the investigation of the case after being concluded has ended in submission of a charge-sheet and the petitioner has surrendered before the learned court below.

In view of the aforesaid submission and being unrebutted by Mr. Begg, learned advocate appearing for the State, we are of the opinion that the earlier conditions so imposed in the order dated 3rd December, 2019 is, hereby, waived.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2020 is, thus, allowed.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
